Microsoft is rolling out new AI features for Microsoft 365 Copilot, letting users build simple apps directly within Copilot using natural language. With App Builder, employees can create tailored tools like tables or project dashboards that pull data from Word, Excel, or SharePoint—no coding required. The new Workflows agent handles repetitive tasks, such as sending emails or posting Teams updates, automatically. Both tools can be managed from the central Microsoft 365 admin console, with access controls set by user role.
